I explored degrees in Medicine, Architecture, and Engineering before finding my niche in UX Design. This technical background gave me a love for structure, but it's my creative drive that allows me to humanize that technology. I approach every project with an engineer's eye for logic and a designer's passion for innovation, ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into clean, engaging user experiences.

Supported a South African national road development project with architectural drawing, AutoCAD and ethnographic UX research, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

UX Designer - Freethinking Business Consultants
Four client engagements across four sectors:
Toyota South Africa (Automotive): 15 months in the Future Toyota Department on the MyToyota B2C app, co-building the Figma design system and designing flows for payments, identity verification, error handling and dealership services in a cross-functional scrum team.
MultiChoice (Media & Broadcasting): Co-facilitated design-thinking workshops helping entrepreneurs across Africa build rapid prototypes for a Dubai investor pitch, including a university-guidance app and a South African-language NLP tool.
iOCO (IT Services): Stakeholder interviews and feature definition for a KPI-monitoring dashboard and an IT-services sales platform; co-developed the design system and service blueprints through to a tested prototype.
Standard Bank CIB (Banking): Designed a business-plan submission journey with an interactive Business Model Canvas guide, and a SharePoint sales playbook the bank later replicated for other teams.
